There is a combination of troyer and cleo rootstock with 172 top worked Imperial. Water allocation is generous consisting of 130 Megalitres with the potential to harvest 88 megalitres from flood water. A new irrigation system was installed in 2009 from the river to the trees with a 40hp electric motor and underground mains, there is a DUX water filter at top of the river bank. The Electric starter has an hour timer located in the shed at the top of the bank. There are Flush out taps on each block and there are 7 blocks which are easy to control. The orchard will reach full production 2018 /2019 with a combination of established and young trees.

This orchard has been set out for easy operation to minimise cost and labour. The packing shed is well equipped, with a total area of approximately 1530 m2. The production line of plant and equipment in the shed not only easily handles its own supply of fruit but contracts to neighbouring orchards in the packing of their fruit.

Inside the shed is a massive coldroom of approximately 126m2 and can hold 60 pallets on the floor. There is a quantity of stands for double stacking increasing its holding capacity. All of the equipment in the shed is of high quality and well maintained making a smooth and efficient operation.
